To open an account with t2s, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Residents of regions where t2s is not legally permitted to operate are not eligible to register.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, t2s may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. t2s reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not submitted.

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password secure. You should never share or give your password to anyone else. If someone accesses your account without authorization, notify t2s support immediately.

T2s currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank card transactions are also available.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method – up-to-date information is available on the Cashier page.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals above a certain threshold may require additional KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirement is completed.

All funds deposited at t2s are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.

Once a bet is placed on t2s, it is considered final. Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may apply in certain specific circumstances.

• For Sports Betting, the odds in effect at the time the bet is placed will apply, even if the odds change afterwards.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets may be refunded or voided in accordance with t2s policy.
• T2s reserves the right to correct any odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If multiple accounts are used to place the same bet for an unfair advantage, all such bets will be voided.

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. t2s will not be held responsible for any missed bets due to internet connectivity or device issues.

T2s offers a range of bonuses that give members extra opportunities to play. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (e.g. 30x or 40x) that must be met before you can make a withdrawal.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts sharing the same household or IP address.
• T2s reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

Engaging in any of the following activities may result in t2s closing your account and confiscating your balance without prior notice:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the system in order to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Exploiting technical errors to collect abnormal winnings.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing other members or t2s staff.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.

T2s may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to submit KYC documents on time.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed.
